New Student enrollment for Sacred Heart's Montessori Program 

Age Eligibility

Preschool students who are three or four years old (or who turn three on or before September 30tht)**

Kindergarten students must be five years old, or turn five on or before Sept. 30th.

Admissions Process:

1) Submit the one-page application by Feb. 14th for priority consideration. Applications can be requested in person at the school office or can be completed online
2) Beginning March 1st, families will be notified if the school has space for their child. Siblings of current Sacred Heart students will be considered first. The decision will be communicated through a telephone call and/or in writing. 
3) Registration must be completed by submitting the registration packet by April 1st to reserve the child’s space.
New applications will be considered on a rolling basis after March 1st as classroom space allows. 
** Children who turn three between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31 may be able to enroll in the school year they turn three if spaces are open. Apply now for priority consideration for early enrollment.


School Tuition and Fees 

NJ Cares for Kids Child Care Subsidy Program
The NJ Child Care subsidy program may cover up to the full cost of tuition for eligible families – for these families, the Montessori program may be FREE. Eligible families should apply for the subsidy as early as possible to have a contract in place by the beginning of the year. The subsidy application is submitted through the Department of Children’s Services. 
Tuition and Financial Aid
For families that are not eligible for the subsidy program, we are able to offer need-based financial aid on the following scale:

Registration fee: $75
Tuition Rates
Level III - $5,000 
Level II - $2,500
Level I - $1,250
Monthly payments are due the first Friday of each month:
Level III - $500 / month
Level II - $250 / month
Level I - $125 / month
